Dr. Scholl’s: A Prescription for Comfort

Whether you’re excited to rock a new pair of heels or recently splurged on a new pair of flats, there’s one thing I’m sure you’re not looking forward to…

Blisters. Like come on… WHY DO THESE AWESOME NEW SHOES HAVE TO HURT SO BAD? Clearly not every pair of boots you own were made for walking.

Thankfully, I just found the answer to every shoe addict’s prayers. Dr. Scholl’s For Her Heel Liners fit perfectly inside just about any shoe. I put them in my Sperry’s over the summer, a pair of flats, and most recently, a pair of heels I wear to work. I can’t tell you how much more comfortable these smooth, little inserts make my shoes feel.

Don’t worry about some of the crazy colors and designs – if you’re like me, you’ll be placing them low enough in your shoes and they won’t be visble. The adhesive back keeps the insert in place, and you can remove them easily without a sticky residue. Genius!

I got the 3-pack shown above for just about $20 at my local grocery store. After thinking about all the band-aids I’ve wasted (and how much some of my shoes cost), the value in comfort is totally worth it.
