The Bold and Beautiful: Jewelry for Fall

Fall may officially be over a month away but stores are already gearing up for the chillier weather and are rolling out their fall fashions.  Fall is my favorite season by far.  Bold colors, chunky knits, cute jackets, riding boots, scarves–it’s all my favorite fashions in one season!

Something I’m already obsessing over, is one of this year’s biggest trends: bold jewelry.  From earrings, to necklaces, to earrings; this trend is transforming basic looks into stand-out ensembles.

Necklace: Chameleon by Jennifer Young. $25

Bright colored jewelry is fun and versatile.  You can wear it with a dress to the office, or you can make it a little more casual with a v-neck tee and skinny jeans.  Either way, I’m sure you’ll be getting plenty of compliments.

Necklace by MidnightGirls on $34

Personally, I’m most comfortable paring these pieces with solid colors.  For example, I love to wear the pink and gold necklace with blacks, grays, and whites.  If you’re looking to be more bold try color blocking it with a plum or green dress!  Remember, these pieces are eye-catching all on their own.  You don’t want to be overwhelming with bold prints or patterns.

Forever 21, Shimmering Trim Ring. $5.80

And you can’t forget about rings!  Cocktail rings are a fun accessory for a night out.  The bolder, the better. One ring takes up 1/3 of your finger?  No problem.  They’re sure to be noticed and adds just the right amount of flair.

These pieces are meant to be fun.  See what you’re comfortable with (perhaps you prefer a bolder bracelet instead of a flashy necklace).  This is a trend can fit every fashionista’s budget.  From Target to Nordstrom, you can find these items sold nearly everywhere!
