My all-time favorite? Chocolate Raspberry Surprise. 
It’s a chocolate cupcake with a chocolate-raspberry truffle filling (real bakers apparently call it “ganache”) in the middle and raspberry buttercream frosting. If you’re not absolutely drooling right now there must be something wrong. And yes, all of the cupcakes really do look like they do in the pictures.
Not only are the flavors above delicious but there are more! Each day Cupcake Charlie’s chooses a Flavor of the Day (F.O.D). The website boasts that there are 130 unique flavors to choose from, including Hot Fudge Sundae, Pineapple Upside Down Cake and Boston Cream Pie. Flavors vary by location. With three locations (Cape Cod, MA, Plymouth, MA and Newport, RI) and nationwide delivery, sweet-tooths everywhere can easily get their cupcake fix. Cupcakes are $3.00 each.
