So, I’m kind of obsessed with this ridiculously catchy song. And yes, I only heard it (and about Carly Rae Jepsen, for that matter) after Selena Gomez tweeted about it. I, of course, then watched the lip-syncing, home video that she, Biebs, Big Time Rush, and Ashley Tisdale did with a bunch of other celebs. No idea what I’m talking about? Don’t feel bad. Here it is:
Is this not the cutest thing you’ve ever seen? I obviously follow Selena and Justin on Twitter, and I’m a recent follower of Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen. Carly placed third in Canada’s American Idol and the Biebs started promoting her shortly after that. Apparently, he just got her signed on his manager’s record label, Schoolboy Records. Lucky gal. She’s got the Justin Timberlake/Britney Spears couple of the next generation posting pics to endorse her song? That’s some serious PR. And I love it.
